Chalet is around the corner!!
Counting down : 9 days left!
We will be meeting tmr, which is monday, to discuss about the shirt thingy, as well as the chalet. so just give either me, abh, ssy or gladys a call if you are coming.
Also, please inform those people who are coming for the chalet to QUICKLY pay up. Though we still have ample of time, BUT they will surely take their own sweet time to pay up. So, please ask like a loan shark! (: We need the money to buy the BBQ food. Please refer to the previous posting for the pay rate. Dont care about the payment deadline. As long as they pay ASAP, it will be fine!
P. have bought the tee shirt for you guys but remember to pay 5 bucks to her. She used the AnE funds to help you all buy the shirt, so remember to pay her ASAP, if not we dont have any money to buy the BBQ food. *AnE funds = BBQ food money

Hi there.
Time flies. So far, we are merging into the approximate 10days to chalet, which is on 17 June 2008. Hope you guys remember about it.
We have been planning the activities for all of you and I hope you all will enjoy it. However, many of you have not confirmed your attendance with any of us. I hope that you guys can update us, latest by next Friday, 13 June 2008. It is to ensure that we have sufficient time to figure out the BBQ food quantity. Thank you for your cooperation.
The rate that we are charging you guys are as follows:
Staying for 3days 2 nights: S$25
Staying for 2days 1 night : S$15
For BBQ only : S$10
The BBQ will start at 6*. It is fine if you guys come earlier or later than that.
You can transfer the money to baohui’s account, latest by 13 June 2008 and remember to give her a call or message, informing her that you, so and so, had transferred the money. If you do not have a POSB account, kindly inform any of us (Baohui, Baoying, Owen and Benny), we can meet up and take the money from you. We need your money to buy the BBQ food, so, I hope you can pass/transfer the money to her account asap.
Lastly, we will email to you about the chalet block and unit number once we received the detail regarding that. If you did not receive the email regarding that before/on 16 June, 2359, PLEASE give us a call. Don’t wait till the last minute as we may be busying unpacking all the stuffs and not answering the call on that evening.
I think that is all I need to inform you guys and I sincerely hope to see you there on 17 June! A date with the 5n1.
